Taking on Real Estate
I haven't posted in awhile, and that's because I've made a transition into commercial real estate. I've been learning that the commercial real estate industry is a whole different monster on its own. It's a great experience for me since real estate (not single-home) continues to thrive as a viable investment vehicle. Even hedge funds are coming into the industry to play their strategies. It's definitely a fun time as I continue to build my investment knowledge foundation.
